Shipping policy

Because of the current COVID-19 restrictions imposed, we aim for all orders to be processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once restrictions have been lifted, we will revise order processing times accordingly.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be further delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping costs are included in the cost of the item.

Items will be shipped using standard second class mail.
